  • As much as we love pets, unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate them in our properties at this time. This helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding!

  • All of our properties are strictly non-smoking indoors.

    If your apartment includes a private balcony or patio, you are welcome to smoke there — but we kindly ask that you dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

    For properties without outdoor areas, smoking must be done outside the building in accordance with local regulations. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
